Geoff has two children, he still plays competitive tennis and enjoys watching his children in their sporting activities.

Mark joined the firm in 2007 and has twenty years’ experience in the accountancy and insolvency profession. He is a Chartered Accountant and Licenced Insolvency Practitioner. He specialises in business rescue, debt restructuring and insolvency and also providing accountancy, audit and tax advice for a wide range of clients. He takes a very hand on approach to his work and is always prepared to go the extra mile is helping his clients achieve their objectives. He is married with five children, a keen musician in his spare time and enjoys watching the Ospreys and the Swans at the Liberty Stadium. He is also a fluent Welsh speaker.

My work experience is varied; prior to being employed by H R Harris & Partners I was employed in various roles working in Accounts, Payroll, Sales, Purchases, Stock and Credit Control. I joined HR Harris & Partners in January 1985 in the accounts department and after a couple of years I started working in Insolvency with Mr S J Burkinshaw and much later Mr J M Evans which is where I have gained my experience over the years and I enjoy a close working relationship with my other colleagues within the insolvency department. I am married with two daughters & two beautiful grandchildren, I love spending my time with them; I love socialising with my friends. My interests include reading, music watching and supporting Swansea City AFC.

Pam Thorne

Since leaving Secretarial School, I have worked in two Accountancy Practices. I came to this Office originally for two weeks, at the request of a friend with whom I had worked previously, to help out at the Office year-end. I am still here over 42 years later!! I became Steve Burkinshaw’s Secretary in 1977 when he was made a Partner. I have two sons, three grandsons, one granddaughter and one step-granddaughter and love spending time with them. I love meeting up with friends and former work colleagues. My interest include holidays (particularly cruising), theatre, music and reading.
